During our romantic escape, we had a fantastic time. the overall atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and the scenery is breathtaking. the spa treatments were fantastic, and the food was delicious and diverse. One of the things we appreciated the most was the room quality and cleanliness. It was a spacious and comfortable room, perfect for a cozy getaway, with a stunning view from the private balcony that added a romantic touch to every moment. the location was excellent, with several activities around to do and different excursions to explore the area.

There were some issues that Banyan Tree should address. the staff could have been more attentive and knowledgeable of their work.

During our 5-day stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the stunning location of the hotel, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with modern amenities. the breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. the hotel also had a well-maintained outdoor swimming pool and a beautiful garden.

This hotel was a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities that left me feeling relaxed and pampered. the staff were attentive to my needs and provided excellent service. the indoor swimming pool and private facilities were clean and well-maintained. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were top-notch and the food was fresh and delicious.

The only minor issue I encountered was the location which was further away from the National Park, but the hotel provided a shuttle service that made it easy to get there. this hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs and I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially the front desk employee Bill, was extremely helpful and arranged all our activities during our entire stay. Our driver, Mr. Zhang, was dedicated and conscious throughout our 5-day trip. In terms of cleanliness and hotel facilities, this place exceeded our expectations. The location was convenient, and the breakfast provided was delicious. the best aspects of our stay were the outstanding service from the staff, the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel, the convenient location, and the delicious breakfast.
